Arthur Ackermann Ltd, one of the oldest art dealers in London and James Purdey & Sons, the London gun and rifle maker, is pleased to announce an exhibition and sale of British Sporting and Landscape paintings.
Arthur Ackermann has held many Sporting exhibitions in the past, the first one being over two hundred years ago, however this will be the first time in five years that Ackermann’s have exhibited its traditional sporting and landscape pictures. The exhibition will comprise of various British sporting, hunting and landscape paintings covering three centuries, highlighting Britain’s love of the countryside.
